Vidya Seepersad

Originally from Trinidad, Ms. Seepersad moved to the USA to finish her studies in 1987 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1992.
Vidyah brings to the team 15 years of experience in the Florida Real Estate market where she is licensed on International Property (CIPS) and Commercial transactions. She is also an expert on medical facilities acquisitions and sales, primarily on Assisting Living Facilities. She is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Miami Board of Realtors (Miramar).
Nilda Rivera-Cruz

Nilda Rivera-Cruz has been recognized as one of the foremost experts in sales and marketing in the international and domestic arena for the last 25 years. Nilda Cruz founded and directed the Marriott Vacation Club’s International Division and spearheaded Hilton Grande Vacations Club off-site sales and marketing initiatives.
Mrs. Rivera-Cruz also directed Four Seasons Residence Club in Mexico and initiated Ritz-Carlton Residence Club International Sales and Marketing. Her experience comprises of international sales and marketing in North America, South and Central America, Europe and Asia.
Carlos Bonilla, Esq

Carlos Bonilla is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, and obtained a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Real Property Development in 2005. Mr. Bonilla is a member of The Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, and the Hispanic National Bar Association. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has knowledge of Portuguese.

Mr. Bonilla represents clients in Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Brazil and France for contracting; negotiation of investment transactions; formation of homeowner’s associations; litigation and real estate closings. He has worked on the acquisition and rezoning of large tracts of land in Florida and worked on the acquisition, entitlements and design of several large condominium hotel projects in Central Florida. His firm, ELP Global, specializes in Immigration Law, Corporate Law and other areas of practice. He is an expert participant of Regional Centers offering the EB-5 Visa opportunity.

Ivan Cruz initiated his real estate career in 1988 after working in the hospitality industry for Hilton and Marriott Hotels. He represented Marriott Ownership Resorts in the Philippines, Mexico and South America.

Furthermore, he acted as Sales Director for Hilton Grande Vacation Club and Vice President of ClubCorp of America “The Owners Club” in Mexico.Mr. Cruz brings over 20 years of experience in International marketing and sales. Mr. Cruz belongs to Orlando Regional Realty Association, United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
